Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally shipped within 2 days of receiving payment and are shipped in two modalities: standard or certified. If you choose certified shipping, the tracking number will be provided. Standard shipping never has a tracking number.

Shipping costs include packaging and handling fees, as well as shipping costs. Handling charges have no variation, while transportation charges vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. We recommend that you group your items into one order. We cannot group two different orders placed separately and shipping rates will apply to each of them.

Packages are always carefully prepared so that your items are well protected.
